Alternatively, you can take the Pearson English Test as well. The full requirements are given below:

Students from the NEB 10+2 board will need an overall aggregate of 2.2 CGPA ( which is 55% minimum).
In the 12th grade, the student seeking admission will have to score a minimum of a B grade in English (60%).
For A level, you need a minimum of 2 ‘A’ level passes with grades from A to C. Students with 3 ‘A’ level passes with grades D and above with general papers /English grades of Grade E and above are also taken in.

The admission process is quite simple. Only students from the science faculty can apply for this course. Once you have passed all your plus 2 exams with flying colors, the next step is to take a look at your English score.

If you have a good score in English, you don’t need an IELTS test. If you don’t have a good score, the IELTS exam is a must. B.Sc. Hons Computing is an international course, so you need to have great control over the English language.

Once you score a good total in IELTS, you can get admission to this course. As far as the entrance exam goes, there aren’t any. However, you do need to pass an interview though. Once you’ve passed that, you can get admission without any problem.

London Metropolitan University takes students in two separate intakes. There’s an Autumn Semester and a Spring Semester. Depending upon the semester you are trying to apply to, you can plan your IELTS exams accordingly.

Year 1:

Year 2:

Year 3:

Moving on to the third year, this year is filled with Advanced Database systems. You get to know real-world database applications. You also get to know about real-world App Development. Being a computer-related course, B.Sc. Hons Computing is an expensive course. The general fee structure of most colleges ranges between 8 to 12 lakhs. This is an approximate rate as most colleges break down their fee structure into multiple categories and offer waivers in certain situations.

Usually, the fee structure is broken down into two parts; tuition fees and university registration fees. Colleges ask you to pay every semester and additional fees can come during the 3 year period. So, it’s best to visit a college that offers this course and clear all your doubts.

  • If you’re a student with a management background, unfortunately, the course is not for you. Only students with a Science background can apply as it is a “Bachelors in Science (B.Sc.)” course.
